Angela Albert is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist treating anxiety, depression and trauma (childhood trauma, sexual trauma, medical trauma). She specializes in treating Adult Children of Narcissist Parents as well as working with Artists on Perfectionism and Finding the Creative Voice. She serves as assistant faculty with Pacific Gestalt Institute, serves on the board of Gestalt Therapy Institute of Los Angeles (GTILA.org) and is a member of IAAGT. Areas of personal passion include mindfulness practices and shame resilience.
